About the position

In this role, the Administrative Assistant will support the management team with administrative tasks. We are looking for an individual with exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills. This person must be self-motivated, extremely organized and detail oriented, demonstrate strong communication skills, and enthusiasm. Some essential functions include:

  • Manage communication, including emails and phone calls
  • Manage the calendars of upper management team members
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings and reservations as needed
  • Data entry and organization
  • Proofing, testing and checking of websites, designs, and documents
  • Publishing website content updates, as needed
  • Information sourcing
  • Data entry and day-to-day management of CRM
  • Run, analyze and evaluate reports for management review
  • Editing/proof reading
  • Support management in administrative duties, as needed
  • Take detailed meeting notes
  • Organize team calendars, as needed

Education/Experience requirements:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent practical experience
  • High level of communication and organizational skills
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Strong communication skills
  • Computer “savvy”
  • Must be a self-starter and capable of working in a remote environment
